Couples Therapy

Relationships take intention, curiosity, and practice—not perfection.

Couples counseling provides a space to slow down, reconnect, and better understand the patterns that may be creating distance or conflict in your relationship. Whether you’re struggling with communication, recurring arguments, intimacy, trust, or simply feeling disconnected, therapy can help you build a stronger and more secure partnership.

My approach incorporates Gottman Method–informed interventions, focusing on skills such as improving communication, strengthening friendship and emotional connection, managing conflict, building trust, and increasing appreciation and understanding between partners. We’ll work together to identify the patterns that keep you stuck and develop practical tools you can use outside of the therapy room.

Sex-Positive & Inclusive

Your relationship and intimacy deserve a space free of judgment. I offer sex-positive couples counseling that welcomes honest conversations about sex, intimacy, desire, boundaries, sexual communication, and relationship structures. Therapy can be a place to explore what feels fulfilling and authentic for you and your partner(s), while creating greater understanding, consent, safety, and connection.

Whether you’re looking to repair your relationship, deepen your emotional or physical intimacy, navigate differences in desire, or simply strengthen an already healthy partnership, there is no “normal” relationship you have to fit into.

Together, we’ll focus on creating a relationship that feels connected, respectful, authentic, and meaningful to you.
